CTS is happy to say we have renewed one of our large legionella control contracts today for a further 5 years.
We have been successful with a bid for the Legionella control contract throughout the Hastings Hotels sites in Northern Ireland.
CTS were the existing contractor throughout the portfolio already and overcame stiff competition to be awarded the contract again.
We will be utilising the ELRM system to record all the captured data in real time format. The bid required that several requirements were achievable by using the electronic monitoring system. Our ELRM system was able to meet these requirements and go above and beyond what the University were looking for.
We will be carrying out work to ensure compliance with HSG274 and HSG282
CTS is probably the only company in Ireland who are specialised enough to be able to offer compliance for BOTH HSG guidance documents.
Our highly trained legionella control team will be on site ensuring the risk of legionella and other water borne pathogens in all hotel sites is kept to a minimum.
We will also be carrying out site specific legionella risk assessments in accordance with BS8580.
All legionella control visits will be closely liased with the Hotel Group to ensure full compliance on a monthly basis.
