We have been successful with a tender bid for legionella control with the National Museums of Northern Ireland.
CTS will be implementing legionella control in accordance with HSG274 part 2 across all the National Museum Sites which include:
Ulster Folk and Transport Museum
American Folk Park
Ulster Museum
We will be carrying out all work in accordance with HSG274 and utilising the ELRM app based compliance software. This system will send automated emails to the responsible person for each site and the overall responsible person for the portfolio in real time.
Engineers attend site and use smart technology and the ELRM app to capture both results and signatures which are then populated automatically onto the ELRM website with username and password protected security.
This award winning technology will keep the NMNI portfolio fully compliant in all aspects of legionella control, from routine maintenance, analytical services, log book storage, to risk assessments.
