We are pleased to announce that CTS have been successful in a tender bid for the Legionella control with Lisburn and Castlereagh Borough Council. We will ensure the Council are fully HSG274 compliant and keep them up to date with any legislative changes or updates.
The tender asked for the successful applicant to carry out all aspects of HSG274 part 2 compliance including cold water storage tank cleaning and chlorination work. To include TVC analysis and dip slide analysis. This will also include Legionella analytical services where required. We were able to meet these requirement to the councils satisfaction with our proven track record on previous council sites throughout Northern Ireland
The tender has specific requirements for their electronic monitoring system and log book.
We were able to meet, and exceed, these requirements with utilising the ELRM system. This is an award winning web based compliance tool which uses an android and apple smart phone app for site engineers to populate and upload results to the clients online portal. The portal gives the clients and account holders access to historic results in a traffic light style system and allows for trend graphing of assets and KPI visuals.
The ELRM system also emails the results on PDF format to the client once results have been uploaded from site.
