We have been successful with a tender bid for the Legionella control contract throughout the University Of Ulster campuses in Northern Ireland.
CTS were the existing contractor throughout the campuses already and overcame stiff competition to be awarded the contract again.
We will be utilising the ELRM system to record all the captured data in real time format. The tender required that several requirements were achievable by using the electronic monitoring system. world time . Our ELRM system was able to meet these requirements and go above and beyond what the University were looking for.
Our highly trained legionella control engineers will be on site ensuring the risk of legionella on the campuses is kept to a minimum.
We will be carrying out site specific legionella risk assessments in accordance with BS8580.
All legionella control visits will be closely liased with the University to ensure full compliance on a monthly basis.
